Vivos introduces a FDA-cleared treatment in Adults only for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), offering a non-invasive, personalized approach that targets the underlying causes of OSA. Unlike temporary solutions like CPAP machines or invasive surgery, Vivos CARE oral devices work by redeveloping and repositioning airway tissues, aiming for long-term resolution of OSA symptoms.
Vivos DNA appliance®
- The Vivos DNA appliance has 510(k) clearance from the FDA as a Class II medical device to treat moderate and severe sleep obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults, 18 years of age and older along with positive airway pressure (PAP) and/or myofunctional therapy, as needed
- The Vivos DNA appliance may also be used to reposition and straighten teeth, and/or expand the jaw for orthodontic treatment in adults and in children 13 years of age and older
- First device of its kind to receive Class II regulatory clearance
- Original expansion technology with multiple upper and lower arch configurations
- Typically used for 9-12 months with 10-12 hours of daily use
Vivos mRNA appliance®
- The Vivos mRNA appliance has 510(k) clearance from the FDA as a Class II medical device to treat snoring as well as moderate and severe sleep obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults, 18 years of age and older along with positive airway pressure (PAP) and/or myofunctional therapy, as needed
- Builds on DNA expansion technology with two style options for mandibular advancement based on provider’s preferences
- Typically used for 9-12 months with 10-12 hours of daily use

- The Vivos mmRNA appliance has 510(k) clearance from the FDA as a Class II medical device to treat snoring, jaw repositioning, and moderate and severe sleep obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults, 18 years of age and older along with positive airway pressure (PAP) and/or myofunctional therapy, as needed
- Builds on DNA technology with herbst style mandibular advancement mechanism
- Typically used for 9-12 months with 10-12 hours of daily use
